Day 0 Ketchikan, Alaska

Ketchikan is known as Alaska's "first city" due to its location at the southern tip of the Inside Passage. It is the first city you reach as you cruise north, and for many visitors, their first introduction to the beauty and majesty of Alaska. You will not be bored in Ketchikan. With dozens of attractions designed to educate or entertain everyone from the history buff and the outdoor enthusiast to the naturalist or Native art lover.

Day 1 Misty Fjords, Alaska

The spectacular Misty Fjords National Monument is a national monument and wilderness area administered by the U.S. Forest Service as part of the Tongass National Forest. Misty Fjords is about 40 miles east of Ketchikan, Alaska, a natural mosaic of sea cliffs, steep fjords and rock walls.

Day 2 Wrangell, Alaska

Wrangell Alaska is an authentic working class Alaskan Island community located in the heart of the Tongass National Forest and Southeast Alaska's Inside Passage. Wrangell have a variety of excursions to get you up close to glaciers, black and brown bears, eagles, sea lions, harbor seals, whales, salmon and halibut to name a few.

Day 4 Thomas Bay, Alaska

Thomas Bay is located in southeast Alaska. It lies northeast of Petersburg, Alaska and the Baird Glacier drains into the bay.

Day 5 Juneau, Alaska

Juneau is the only U.S. state capital with no roads leading into or out of town. The city is surrounded by nature, including forested islands, quiet inlets and coves, and rugged coastal mountain ranges. This makes it a great place to see whales and other wildlife. Take photos, go fishing, hike, kayak, or just sit back, relax, and watch the majestic nature pass by.
